Unlike many modern builds, it is an all traditional construction, with the inner cavity leaf built in blockwork rather than the typical SFS system, keeping our team busy on site.

Our scope of works includes the supply of labour, mortar, sundries and full internal access, along with the installation of fire barriers, insulation and the masonry support system to ensure a robust, high quality build.

The façades will feature a striking design, with four brick types, three of which are glazed bricks in green, blue and white, paired with four contrasting mortar colours to create a distinctive architectural identity and bring character to the development.
